Sell stronger. Not just faster.

Built into the business 12–24 months before the LOI.

Most mid-market exits leave money on the table — not because the business isn't valuable, but because the value isn't visible, defensible, or independent of the founder when the buyer arrives.
Revaroo prepares the business so the buyer sees a premium asset. Quality of earnings made provable. Operations independent of the owner. Diligence surprises resolved before the data room opens.
We operate. We don't advise.

How we work

We operate. We don't advise. Every Revaroo engagement is people taking responsibility for outcomes inside your business. Decisions, tradeoffs, escalations — we make them. If you wanted a recommendation deck, you'd hire a different firm.

We're senior or we're not on the engagement. Every operator has run the function they're now executing in your company — VP of Ops, COO, Chief of Staff, GM. No associates. No delivery teams trained on your time. The person you meet is the person doing the work.

We earn the next engagement, we don't sell it. Most of our work expands. Not because we pitch, but because once a senior operator is operating inside your business and delivering, the question of "what else" answers itself. We start small on purpose.

Quality of Earnings

Make the revenue story provable.

KPI dashboards that demonstrate recurring, reliable revenue. Targeted EBITDA uplift projects executed before the LOI. Customer concentration analysis with diversification plans that defuse one of diligence's most common red flags.

Operational Independence

Make the business run without you.

Owner dependency mapping that extracts the processes living in the founder's head. Sales, marketing, and delivery SOPs documented to a standard buyers expect. Tech stack audit and cleanup so the operational landscape presents as modern and integration-ready.

Diligence Readiness
Resolve the surprises before they're surprises.

Virtual data room pre-staged with legal, financial, HR, and IP documentation. Proactive risk mitigation on lapsed contracts, pending litigation, unclear employment status, and IP gaps. Management team prepared to
present the business confidently to acquirers.

When to start

Twelve to twenty-four months out is the right window. Sooner is better. Most of the value-driver work compounds — a customer concentration plan started today shows three quarters of executed diversification by the time a buyer looks. Started in the quarter before the LOI, it shows intent without evidence.

Six months out is still useful, but narrower. Data room pre-staging, proactive risk mitigation, and management team preparation can land inside six months. The deeper EBITDA and concentration work needs more runway.

Already in conversations with a buyer? Different problem, different engagement. Tell us where you are and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or whether you need transaction-side counsel instead.

What we refuse to do

We don't write valuation analyses or M&A advisory decks. We don't represent sellers in transactions or substitute for an investment banker. We don't take engagements three months before an LOI and promise outcomes that need a year to build. If you need a banker, a transaction lawyer, or a tax advisor, we can recommend ones who do that work well — that isn't us. We prepare the business. The deal is somebody else's job.

Who this is for

You're a founder or CEO 12 to 24 months from a transaction. You've started thinking about the exit seriously enough to know the business isn't quite ready, and you have enough runway to do something about it.

You may be working with a banker, an M&A advisor, or a PE-backed board that's flagged the gaps. You may be working alone and trying to figure out what diligence will actually look like. Either way, the next year of operational work will determine the multiple — and the operational work isn't being done.

See if there's a fit

A 30-minute conversation. No deck, no pitch — we'll ask where you are in the timeline, what's already in motion, and tell you honestly whether Revaroo is the right answer.
